By accessing this website, submitting a quote request, communicating with us by phone, email, or text, or booking a service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services We Provide

Pink's Window Services provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Interior and exterior window cleaning
  • Power washing and pressure washing
  • Gutter cleaning and brightening
  • Roof washing and soft washing
  • House washing
  • Solar panel cleaning
  • Screen, track, skylight, and light fixture cleaning

Service availability depends on location, weather, and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.

Quotes and Pricing

Quotes provided through our website, by phone, or in person are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted after we inspect the property in person if the actual scope, condition, access, or size of the job differs from what was described. We will communicate any pricing changes to you before performing the work.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments are confirmed in writing by email or text
  • We ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules
  • Same-day cancellations or lock-outs may be charged a service fee
  • We may reschedule appointments due to weather, safety conditions, or circumstances outside our control, and we will notify you as soon as possible

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods made available at the time of booking. Invoices that remain unpaid beyond their due date may incur late fees and may be referred for collection.

Customer Responsibilities

To help us deliver service safely and on time, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate property and contact information
  • Disclose access issues, gate codes, pets, alarms, and any safety hazards in advance
  • Ensure our team has clear, safe access to the areas being serviced
  • Move or secure fragile items, vehicles, or outdoor furniture in the work area where reasonably possible
  • Be available by phone during the service window in case our team needs to reach you

Communications Consent

By providing your phone number and email, you authorize Pink's Window Services to contact you by phone, email, and text message regarding your quote, project, appointments, and services.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the service performed, please contact us within 48 hours of completion and we will return to address the issue at no additional cost, subject to the original scope of work.

Property Damage and Insurance

We carry liability insurance for the work we perform. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion so we can document and address the issue. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, fragile or improperly secured items not disclosed in advance, or wear and tear unrelated to our service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pink's Window Services and its owners, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Pink's name, logos, photos, and text, is owned by Pink's Window Services or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
